Relocating the Union Pacific Railroad at O’Hare
DCA Contracting services, Inc. was the construction manager of the Union Pacific rail relocation at O’Hare International Airport. The rail was relocated to accommodate the expansion of the runway systems at O’Hare. The project entailed earthwork, new ties and rail installation, rail distressing, and cut-over support to UPRR main lines No. 1 & 2.
