DCA Contracting services, Inc. performed a 30,000 SF interior renovation of Knight Engineering & Architects’ downtown Chicago office. Work encompassed new finishes, including flooring and ceiling throughout the 3rd floor and total renovation of new 4th-floor office space. A new decorative stairwell connected the two spaces and utilized energy-efficient LED lighting.

Initial demolition work had to be completed during evening hours as business was still being conducted during the day. Scheduling inspections had a tight, two-week period and needed to be coordinated with agency availability. This office renovation construction cost totaled $1,020,815.00.
